My server is experiencing incredible amounts of lag. No one can stay connected. Latency keeps jumping up to over 1,000 sometimes close to 2,000 ping. Server shows as online and ready. Stopping and restarting or validating doesn't fix it. Everyone that connects loses connection within 1 minute. Server ID# 33341 Support Ticket# 656263

Server crashed multiple times in an hour. Required a stop and restart to fix. Then it was stuck on loading for a while. Then it went to stop. Trying restart again. Server ID# 33341 Support Ticket# 119363

Server is stuck on "Loading" now. Update/validate and restart doesn't fix. I've replied to the support ticket explaining that.

Yeah we're having the same issues with crafting stations right now. I think the most recent update did something to cause it. It wasn't happening earlier. I don't think that is on Survival Server's end.

Yeah I'm trying that now, needed to update to the newest Exiles patch. Hopefully all goes well and there won't be any progress lost.

So this has happened twice so far. One time the server went down out of our control, had to manually restart it. Second time I restarted the server on my own. Both times we lost about between 30-40 minutes of progress and some structures that had been in place for a long time before that had vanished. Anyone else have this issue or know how to prevent it?

Awesome! That sounds like progress to me.

There are options in the control panel to restrict access to your server by country. Could try that. I'm still waiting for my server issues to be resolved so I don't have any concrete advice.

Don't know for sure. I have a ticket in, it hasn't been responded to yet. I just bought a server a few hours ago. Ryan seems to be pretty active on the forums so I'm hoping they're actually trying hard to address everything. I'm willing to accept this as new early access game woes and I'm hoping everything will be smooth sailing relatively soon.

Update #2: My server status is now "Unknown."

Nevermind, I got it.

How did you do that? I can get into my FTP but I can't edit the ServerSettings.ini file.

Update: I disabled Battleeye, the server now shows as started but is stuck on "Loading."

I can't get my server to start. I've done the Server Update/validate. When I click "Start" and after the page refreshes it still shows as stopped. I've submitted a ticket. Server ID#33341.
