    Have you changed your admin password? if its still set at default. it is very easy to do.

    I'm having similar issues and I have created support tickets. I am not getting confirmations on those tickets nor ticket numbers.

    So, two days ago i got an email saying my server has been canceled and all my game data deleted.. I responded to the mail asking why and got no response. I finally have a day off today, and login to play and my server IS canceled. Not Terminated, Canceled. So I went and did some reading, turns out you have to *request* a cancellation, which I didn't do. I have sent in a support ticket, and now get to wait on my only day off over the next two weeks, for a response. the people on my server are not particularly impressed either. Anybody else have this Cancellation issue?

    I have server status unknown: GAME SERVER ID #25903 ticket submitted, no ticket number issued.
