  1. Not sure if this will help any, but from what the devs posted it appears you need to add this to launch parameters host 12871 mapworkshopID The map workshop ID is the numbers at the end of the URL when you go to a map in the workshop From the devs "Workshop This patch also contains the first release of our Steam workshop integration for maps. Servers running custom maps can be joined by anyone, and the map will automatically download before connecting. To host using a custom map, simply specify the workshop file id in as the map in the format of: Your server will download the map from workshop and host as usual. host 12871 w-663477235" So I think you need to upload your map to workshop, get the workshop ID, and then you should be able to do the rest. So if your map's workshop is steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=668102839&searchtext= Then you'd add this to your launch parameters host 12871 668102839 I have not messed with this myself as of yet, but I figured I would try to help based on how the devs explained it.
  2. I already have an unanswered support ticket opened considering an issue with our max number of players. Ticket #578891. Can we also discuss this in that ticket? So far from what I can tell, everything you'd do in the autoexec has to be done in the launch parameters to work. Edit - I resolved the max players issue by using the maxplayers command in the start parameter line. So that's no longer an issue. But would appreciate if you replied to that ticket to clarify what I discussed in this post.
  3. Hey I'm new to this host, ran a server on another host for a while. I noticed that here certain things override whatever you do in the autoexec, so I was wondering if someone would be kind of enough to list what is controlled by the autoexec, and what must be done in the control panel. So far I've discovered that the servername and addadmin commands do not work if you simply put them in the autoexec. I'm used to doing all this stuff in the autoexec so it took me a bit to figure this out. I'd like to avoid further troubles by getting some clarification here on the forums. Thanks a ton ahead of time for any help you guys provide me on this subject.
