14 hours later server still showing either 'loading or unkown' and no answer from support does anyone have any ideas if there anything i can do as having the server offline this long is not good and the lack of info from the support team is doing my head in

well there is 2 small patch's with fixes but i went on a ark page where tried to explain how random gen arks work and lots of people saying they broke it, its not working ect ect. i think it just going to be a big learn curve for both the devs and us - as of now not sure if it working , i would love to run my main server as a random gen ark

right ok people on my control panel page it says its still updating but 1 of my server users contacted me to say my server was updated and was running fine so i tried to log on and all was good so i cancelled the control panel and re opened the page and all way well. so if people are in the same boat as me wondering why taking so long maybe open ark and see if your server is there and ready

oh right should have checked just got a bit worried as its been well over an hour and server still updating but least if its normal i can stop worrying

Hi i am updating my server since the new ark patch dropped today and so far its been updating for over an hour, i just wanted to know if this is normal with other people as the patch is quite large

Hello all just letting you know im running a little weekend event starting on friday 14th oct - 16th oct. As a little thank you for using the server and for any new players thinking of giving the server ago and hopefully adding to the server and continue making it a nice, fun place to chill out and build i am going to up the gather rate to x10 so all you little builders out there can farm and build that idea in your head you thought would take to long to gather materials. As soon as the rates changed i will post an announcement in the steam group page ( http://steamcommunit...oups/buildtopia ) letting all know the event has started. thanks and enjoy - Ferrus

hi is anyone getting this error on there cluster servers, been happening for few weeks now and still no fix that i know of ( ticket has been raised ) also now it seems as you transfer people are getting a fatal error message and kicks them out the game and they lose there items if anyone has any info or is getting the same problem please let me know. new ticket raised today as to the fatal error message becoming more frequent
