Thank you for your response. Are there any helpful tips that might make us more successful on transferring to a new map on the same server? I can roll back the server for me and the other player that had issues and try to re-download everything again but I'm concerned it will happen again.

Recently my friends and I transfered maps using the same server. All the Dinos we wanted were uploaded and our survivors were uploaded as well. On arriving on the new map, we all managed to download our survivors in from the previous map no problem. However, on going to download dinos we had 2 players that were able to download Dinos from the previous map, and myself and another player were not able to. To clarify me and the other player do not have any Dinos at all showing up in our download list. It claims there is 0 there for both of us. What is strange is that for the other two they are having no issues with downloading any of the Dinos they uploaded from the same map as myself and the other player that can't download. To me this means it excludes a lot of the normal possibilities. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
