iT WORKS! But to get past 120 it will require way more levels than 190.... so keep adding those levels!

Ok recommendations from support... in the gui style radial button Player LEVEL setting raise add levels to well past 190+ and add experience required for each level as necessary. Or FTP into your server and add levels there... My server skills are weak at best now as I moved jobs from IT to SOC analyst so I will have to look up how to do this and figure it out once again. Annoying because the reason I went with a paid to borrow someone else's serves and and a preset up ARK server was cuz honestly I dont have time to full on admin a server. I hope this helps everyone else for future reference. Please post back on here if it works. I would like to know and will be testing this now. I just wanted a fairly hands off server where my friends and I could all play ark and not have to deal with the kiddos that can play 24/7 and or alpha players that get their kicks by ruining everyone else's games.

After reset updates ect... now stuck at level 70 cheated and gave myself first level assentation and NADA.... this is a test character for my server plan to kill and make a new admin character when this is all over... no reply from my ticket yet either.... may have to move server providers to someone else if this isnt fixed... my players that are playing are not happy...

Um... so I cheated and used assention on my admin test character for my stuff and still cant rasie above 70 wtf gives?

Did you ever figure it out my whole server is stuck at level 88 its annnooooooooying.
