    The server is down and it's saying this (Staff intervention One of our staff members is currently intervening on your server. You may not start, stop, restart, or update your game server until the intervention lock is removed. This could be due to one of your open support tickets or maintenance on the machine your game server is located on.) And no one sent any tickets, so it's the other thing. Just wanted to ask how long will it take ? Edit: The server is up now

    just after ark had an update to 186.0 and my server is still on 185.63 i have clicked the update but nothing changes so should i wait or it's a problem that needs to be fixed ?
