    Ok, Here's the deal... My CP is showing that the server is online and running. Ready to join it says. However, I cannot see the server IN GAME. Steam says the server is offline. Arkservers.net says that its online. I cannot access the FTP site thru the web interface or Filezilla. This has been ongoing for two days and I am extremely frustrated. The support team needs to have a instant contact button for hot issues. If this continues, I will be forced to find a server elsewhere. However I do NOT want to start fresh. Please get this issue taken care of ASAP!
