Recently I had some not so friendly people on my server, when I went to roll the server back to a previous save I noticed my server hasn't done a back up since the 9th. Why is it no longer doing backups? It's suppose to back up every 6 hours, and because it didn't I've now lost ALL of the server progress.

Into April now, Started this thread in February. Any update on this? Even if we could just get a permitted list!

My server's only lag for about 3-5 Seconds while a world save is occurring while there is 5-7 people on. My server's are set to auto update, however, this does not seem to work as I've had to manually update the servers every time a game update occurs. My only pet peeve for SS is their extremely slow in their implementation of suggested things from the community (We've been waiting for admin and permitted lists for over a month, they weren't deemed "Important" even though it's been requested a dozen times at least, which was only suppose to take a week, ask about it and it get's deleted). furthermore, if Ryan doesn't like what you post or doesn't want to deal with something he'll delete the comment/post here. Had I been aware of these 2 things prior to purchasing I may have reconsidered, however, their servers run great overall. They seem to have quality servers for a reasonable price.

I noticed we now have the option to upgrade our Valheim servers from 10 up to 30. Is this only for Valheim Plus purposes? or will 30 people be able to join without mods?

Been waiting for this for 2 weeks now... Shouldn't give your customers a timeline if you can't stick to it.

Before I moved my hosting to SS I was hosting through Nitrado. They offered 2 additional config files and I'm wondering if it's also an option here, one was a permittedlist which only allowed those on the list into the server, and a bannedlist where you could add someone's ID to keep them from joining.
