The backup service we have integrated within the control panel can not have its times changed. It will backup 4 times a day. I would recommend making manual backups using FTP if you want more backups or piece of mind.

Yes. Mods added there will apply to the entire server. Some mods may require client side installation as well though. I can not say that for certain. You will want to check with the mod developer for that information.

Windows. Depending on the location, you can expect a healthy range, anywhere from 100 ping or less in most situations. Some servers net code tend to inflate these number more than expected, such as Palworld, when comparing to servers that have been around much longer.

Please be sure to submit a ticket if you have not already. Issues can happen and we would love to take a look to figure what what may be going on or what may have happened. We do not collect First and Last names (just usernames) for invoices/orders so that might be a server name.

It is not designed to wipe data. Most servers have RCON support and/or have a save function built in to save before shutting down. If RCON is supported, we will send out to save before restarting or shutting down. With Enshroud, yes it should save before shutting down.

Ping of 25 is great. Anything under 80-100 should not cause issues in gameplay. We look forward to optimization patches from the game developer.

We plan on updating the caching time as it has increased since we upgraded our backup retention. It usually takes about 25 minutes.

Valheim+ has not been officially updated. Disabling Valheim+ for now and removing your client install should fix any issues you are having. If you have further issues, please submit a ticket.
