For ark there is an option for the save within the savedark folder. For panel saves that is something we have set in order to prevent overload. I believe some other games have an option to edit saves like valheim. However many games do not allow the save option to be changed.
The restore on the panel is something we have set on our end so there is no way for that. However some games like ark lets you set a custom save interval that logs saves within the directory of your server.
For the panel restore that is something we do on our end. There is no way to currently change that. For the game itself you can try a save command as admin to make backups within the FTP client.
Please run the update/validate on the panel and this should fix the issue. If you have mods installed then you will want to select the auto manage mods option within the advanced launch param tool. Once that is set then run the update/validate.
To fix this issue copy the serverDZ.cfg file within the admin folder and past it into the root of the FTP client (where the exe files are). Overwrite that file and then add this to your launch line.
-config=serverDZ.cfg
Make sure there is a space between the last item in the launch line and the above.
This could be an issue with the packets being sent. If you are fine and they are the ones getting kicked have them double check their antivirus to make sure nothing is blocking anything with the server connection.
This could be steamcmd having issues with with downloading a mod. When it does the cmd window will keep retrying to download till it goes through or times out.
If you send us a link to the mod you wish to run. We can more than likely get it setup unless it requires us to use a specific launch file that we are not able to use our setup for. If we can link directly to the jar startup files then it should be fine.
