  1. I believe Ryan is looking to add more options to the panel soon. However you should be able to manual edit this feature within the FTP client currently. To edit/upload/save/delete files via FTP, you will need to connect to your server via an FTP program. To do so, please follow the below instructions: Stop your server from the panel. Log in to FTP using WinSCP (a free FTP software) using the connection details found in the "FTP Details" section of the game server control panel. Download link for WinSCP here http://winscp.net/eng/download.php Navigate to the directory or file that you want to edit/delete/upload/change. After you have finished, save your changes and restart your server from the control panel. You do not need to close out the FTP connection to do so, but you will need to close out any open files. If you have an issues or need further assistance, please check our wiki at FTP Access.

  4. If you still have this issue I can try to find any missing data on our system.
  5. That is rather odd. Please send a ticket in and we can take a look into what is going on.
  6. Reinstalling the server on the panel will clean your save data out. The restores will still have the data but any data within the directory will be cleaned.
  7. If you are seeing an issue with the restore feature please let us know in a ticket as we can double check for errors. The caches should be populating the restore for those times. If a restore is not pushing back to your server also let us know as we can try a manual restore to get the data back.
  8. Currently for Enshrouded there does not seem to be any sort of admin in game as of yet.
  9. If you see this issue please get with us in a ticket and we can look into why this is happening.
  10. We pushed a fix out for the restores not taking effect. If you still see this problem check in the FTP client for a zip restore folder with 0kb. If one is there delete the zip and run the restore again.
  11. The panel restores currently back up 4 times a day. Currently palworld itself does not create its own backups. If we are doing maintenance we will process a backup manually for the panel before proceeding unless it is a hardware failure where the data is not able to be accessed.
  12. Please run the update on the panel if you are still seeing this issue.
  13. We currently do not limit the ram or cpu usage like many other host. If your server is showing 8gb of ram that is what your server is requiring at that time. If you still see any issues we are happy to assist in getting problems fixed up in a ticket.
  14. Please run the restore on the panel. If this happened from an update it is possible the save data may of corrupted.

  18. If you are still seeing this issue please submit a ticket and we can get this fixed up. Normally this issue is due to the back end FTP service needing a restart.

  20. The out of date text should vanish after a bit once the server version loads in. You may need to refresh to see it go away.
  21. You should see the outdated text go away after a minute once the version loads up. For the listing sadly there is not however you can set a password on the server.
