    Hey guys, I purchased a 10 slot Ark server a couple hours ago and its still not running. It was stuck on 'stopped' - I hit start several times, refreshed, logged in and out, tried to launch - got NOTHING. I put in a ticket but haven't heard back yet. Is there like a significant wait time before they're up and running?
