I dint know how to work this websites server configuration that good n can't figure out how to make a animal easier to knock out and need help

I did nothing but 1 of my tribe members were able to equip one for me I havent tried since

So I checked there Twitter they still did not say anything about it working yet but I was able to get it working ill share with everyone how I did it I went to the control panel and at the bottom of it there's three like advanced control option one of them has the Halloween update you actually have to check and then update those settings along with clicking the force update option n updating your server im in my server right now walking around

My whole weekend just not able to play on somthing im paying for i definitely think they should add 3 days to everyone's subscription this is ridiculous and again I swear if any of my flying mounts are dead ima be so mad im huddled out all the way in the sunken forest on extinction it would be a tread to have to get new ones.

Right ive been waiting all day to play n wanted to play last night my whole weekend damn near ruined n if any of my tames die cause I can't get on ima be so heated lol

Any thoughts or help?

I seriously bought this 3 days ago and its already having problems i can't find it anywhere when I search it in every search option and when I go to the control panel it dosent allow me to access or change anything with the server like im off of work rn and wanna spend my time doing tht I shouldn't waste my damn money on somthing thats not working whats going on?
