So about 45 minutes ago our PS4 Ark server crashed and when we restarted it and logged back in, our server was in the state it was at 36 hours ago or so. We've tried reloading multiple backups, most from today and they all load the server right back to the same time at Thursday, so no backups are changing anything all. The backups are all different sizes and stuff too so it doesn't make any sense why they're loading to that one. There's also the issue of the backup not backing up every 6 hours like it has done up until today. Our server crashed at 5:00PM MST today and the last backup was at 7:00AM this morning, that means there should've been another backup at 1:00PM yet there is not. It's kind of a drag losing all this progress as we had quite a few new players on our servers and now they have absolutely nothing and will probably not play anymore. I've made a support ticket but was just curious if anyone else had any tips or info on this. Thanks.
