    Having an issue with friends trying to connect to the server from Epic Games. - They have Crystal Isles installed. - I have set 'Epic Only' and 'Cross Play' to enabled. I have tried enabling most of the solutions I've found online as to how to make this work. - We have tried opening a single player game and then forcing it to swap to the correct IP:port. When they try to connect, it just kicks them back out to Epic. Thanks for any advice. If this isn't the proper way to find a solution I'm happy to submit a ticket.

    GAME SERVER ID #108834 Currently unknown status. Was fine until I tried to swap to Dallas server instead of Seattle.
